You may have seen from my social media that I am almost ready to publish my very first book.
As a bit of a foodie, I find it really easy to rustle up a nutritious tasty meal with a few basic items from the fridge, but I appreciate not everyone gets the chance to work with food and their passions may lie elsewhere, and that’s where the idea came from to put my most loved recipes into a book for others to enjoy.
The cookery book has over 50 recipes that I use regularly with clients, I wouldn’t say it was a weight loss cookery book but it certainly has inspirational recipes for everyday use to keep you healthy.
