How much is delivery?

UK Mainland 

The good news is, delivery is free for orders over £50!

If your order is under £50, a small delivery fee will be charged in line with our postage charges:

We ship deliveries to the Rest of World in different weight groups. You’ll be charged depending on the weight of your order:

Please note: Some countries have import taxes, which we unfortunately can’t be certain of, or pay for in advance. These countries are:

Bermuda, Brazil, Cyprus, Hong Kong, Iceland, India, Kuwait, Malaysia, Malta, New Zealand, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Africa, South Korea, Switzerland, Taiwan, United Arab Emirates.

If you are ordering from any of these countries, you might be charged import duties that will be payable by you. 

When will I receive my order?

Orders over £50

For Nottingham NG postcodes if you order before 8pm, the great news is you’ll receive your items the next day.

For UK Mainland, if you order before 8pm, the great news is you’ll receive your items within 48-36 hours.

International deliveries usually take between 3-5 working days.

Clothing orders are currently made to order and can take up to 14 days to be made for you.

Who will deliver my order?

For orders over £50, we use DPD, Yodel and Hermes.

To ensure you get the best experience with our DPD carrier, please download and use the DPD app – you’ll have the opportunity to select a preferred neighbour as well as a dedicated safe place. If you are not at home, and a preferred delivery method hasn’t been selected there is a chance your order could be delivered to the DPD pick up shop.

Search for your nearest Pickup shop.

Important: When you collect from a Pickup shop, make sure you bring photo ID and proof of your address, a utility bill will be fine. You’ll also need your email (just on your phone will work). Make sure you collect your parcel within a week, otherwise it will get returned and a charge will be incurred.

I need help.

If you suspect your parcel may have been lost or not delivered, first of all, we’re sorry you haven’t received your delivery. Don’t worry, contact us via within 7 days of the original delivery date and we’ll look into this for you. If we are made aware outside of this time, it’s unlikely that lost parcel costs can be covered by John Clarke Sports Nutrition
