    I signed up to John’s 16 week body transformation wanting to lean bulk after losing weight and muscle during lockdown. John began by cutting me down for 8 weeks and then increased my calories once my body was ready. I have learnt so much and it is great value for money. For what John lacks in height he makes up in advice and regular voice notes. But on a serious level I can’t recommend this enough and also fat burning juice is off the charts. TeamSexy!
