The 21 Day Challenge is a one off challenge to kick start some healthy habits; get into a healthy eating and exercise routine and boost your metabolism.

Places are limited.

The Challenge includes:
1. Personalised meal plan
2. Exercise Plan
3. Private Facebook group with others on the challenge

There will also be daily challenges and a step challenge to keep you accountable.

The winner of the challenge will win £600 worth of  prizes.
