I am not able to exercise or visit the gym in the summer holidays due to childcare issues. Too tired to exercise at home he doesn't go to sleep till late. So I was looking for something that would stop the food noise and allow me to loose weight in a calorie deficit . These are brilliant, working really well for me I can feel the weight coming off been taking them for a couple of weeks, my . I ordered another month's supply and can't wait to get back to the gym in September to see how they will enhance my training.

I would say that the product is good and definitely noticed that I'm not snacking as much. Only been using the drops but will definitely be buying another month's supply and will try the the caps. John is super helpful and would definitely recommend the brand.
Bought the ozem drops & gummies a month ago then bought the ozem stack this month, I was sceptical but was proved wrong, an excellent product, the drops for me are a game changer I take them around 8.30am & can not eat anything until a good 3 hours later, they make me feel fuller quicker & smells from certain foods yuk. I can drink water only no Diet Pepsi first thing 😊 result. I did want too lose a little weight on 8lb & 5 has gone. The gummies are also excellent they work for me a little different, I take these 20 mins b4 my evening meal, and can definitely say some meals I can not finish, not as strong as the drops but still very effective. Definitely recommend

I’m on my 3rd week taking the ozem drops and gummies and I have to say I’m really impressed. I noticed straight away that my appetite was suppressed and my sweet cravings weren’t there.

Was skeptic when I first ordered but have to say these really do help curb your appetite and reduce cravings, you have to give them time to get in your system. I found I had a couple of days at the start where I was really hungry but by day 7 or 8 I wasn’t having any of the usual cravings, great product (prefer the drops to the gummies but that’s just personal preference and they work well together)
I love these, it helps me from snacking in-between meals! I have the drops in the morning and the gummies in the afternoon. I love them that much that I've ordered my next batch so I have them ready. Purchased the ozem stack. Started them last mon, along with being n a calorie deficit . The hunger pangs and brain curses to eat have appeared to have dissappeard,it's early days and them seem to work,follow instructions and stay hydrated
I’m one week in on using the drops and gummies- unsure how much they are helping and whether or not it’s more a placebo effect, I am sticking to my calorie limit but still craving snacks, even after the gummies, will power is strong though so I’m hoping they are working. Tastes good, good value for money, altogether happy
Tried them this afternoon so prob 30 mins before my tea, I can't believe that I was getting full before I finished and did not want anything else to eat. I hope that the drops continue to suppress my appetite
I have been taking the Ozem suppressant stack for about 3 weeks now and while I'm not expecting an immediate weight shed, it has suppressed my appetite. I'm taking the drops in the morning about 7 or 8 am depending on if I'm home or in office and I regularly get to about 9, 10 am and I haven't thought about eating. I then take the gummies about 30 minutes before dinner and I am only able to manage a smaller portion of food. Most days I am missing breakfast or lunch without realising. Don't get me wrong, I like my body, it's been very good to me and I'm fairly healthy food and exercise wise. But then perimenopause. My body isn't a fan of it and I'm done pumping any more chemicals into my body to fight it. I'm using the stack to see if it will help slow down or stop the weight gain and so far so good!
I’ve tried Biscoff and I have Vanilla now. It is so nice!! Tastes better than a McDonalds milkshake. The size of the tub is great value for money it lasts a long time! I love it when a recipe on the plan is a shake as it tastes amazing! Delivery was super quick too- great customer service!
