At John Clarke Sports Nutrition, we are committed to ensuring your order reaches you promptly and efficiently. Please review our shipping guidelines below:
Domestic Shipping (UK Only)
Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Standard Shipping: We offer standard shipping across the UK, with an estimated delivery time of 3-5 business days after processing except for pre-orders. Shipping costs for standard is £3.99.
Free Shipping: Enjoy free standard shipping on all UK orders over £75.00
VIP and Priority Shipping: If you need your order sooner, express shipping options are available at checkout, with an estimated delivery time of 1-3 business days. The cost of express shipping is £5.99 (1-3 business days) and £9.99 for priority shipping (1-2 business days).
Order Cut Off Time
If you order after 4pm, your order will be processed the next day.
In order to receive your order the next day with next day shipping (express) you must place your order before 4pm. Any orders placed after this will not be guaranteed next day delivery.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your shipment at any time.
Shipping Delays
While we strive to meet all delivery estimates, please note that unforeseen circumstances such as weather, postal delays, or customs processing may affect delivery times. We are not responsible for such delays but will do our best to keep you informed.
Shipping Issues
In the event that your tracking information indicates your parcel has been "Delivered" but you have not received it, you are required to notify us and provide a signed Denial of Receipt (DOR) form to initiate a formal enquiry. John Clarke Sports Nutrition does not oversee the internal investigative processes of our third-party couriers and the investigation lead time can take up to 21 working days from the date you submit your signed DOR. We must allow the courier this period to complete their internal audit before a resolution, such as a replacement or refund, can be finalised.
Pre-orders
Pre-order items have an estimated wait time of up to six weeks. The expected restock or availability date is noted on our website. By placing a pre-order, you agree to this waiting period.
If you request to have the available items shipped separately and ahead of time, an additional shipping fee will apply.
Address Changes & Order Issues
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot be responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect details provided by the customer.
