Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means your items must be received at our warehouse within 30 days of the original delivery date. Please keep transit times in mind when shipping your return; we recommend posting your items early to ensure they reach us within this window. Returns that arrive after the 30th day will be deemed ineligible.

Up to 14 Days Processing
Please allow up to 14 days for processing your return.

Return Processing Fee
We apply a direct cost recovery charge of £6.00 + £1.00 for each additional item. This covers the direct operational costs of the mandatory quality and hygiene inspection performed by our warehouse (3PL) team to ensure the product remains safe for resale.

Return Shipping & Redirection Costs

  • Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. 
  • Redirection Fees: A minimum £8.00 Redirection Fee applies if a package is redirected back to our warehouse due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, a refusal of delivery, a failure to collect the package from a local pick-up point, or if a return/cancellation is requested while the order is already in transit. The final fee amount may increase depending on the number of items and the total weight of the shipment. This fee covers the additional charges levied by the courier for the return leg of the journey and will be deducted from your final refund along with any applicable return processing fees.

Refund Amount
The refund amount will be the item's price, less a Return Processing Fee and/or Redirection Cost (including refused deliveries) to cover our direct courier and warehouse expenses. Standard shipping fees are refundable if you cancel your order or notify us of your return within 14 days of receipt; however, shipping insurance and premium delivery upgrades are non-refundable. For returns notified outside of the 14-day window, shipping fees are non-refundable. This policy applies to all returned orders, except for faulty items.

Eligible Returns
To be eligible for a return, your supplement item must be in the same condition that you received it.  Must be unopened, unused, and in their original, sealed packaging.

For all returns, you'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

If an investigation is needed, please allow up to 14 days for us to complete it. Once an investigation confirms a missing or damaged item, we will automatically process a replacement. If you would prefer a refund, please ensure this request is raised specifically before the replacement is processed, as we cannot revert the shipment once it has been dispatched.

Note: All damaged items must be returned to us before we can process a refund or send a replacement.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Certain types of items cannot be returned. These include:

  • Supplements that have been opened or used: For hygiene and product integrity reasons, once a supplement's seal is broken or it has been used, it is no longer eligible for return.
  • Digital Products & Ebooks: Digital items are processed and delivered immediately once payment is confirmed. Because these products are accessible instantly, they are considered non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • Custom or personalized items: Products that were specially made or customized for you cannot be returned.
  • Any items specifically marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
