Best shilajit ive tried. Been using daily for last few months and really does make a difference.
After about 1-2 weeks of taking Shilajit Resin, I have noticed an improvement in cognitive function and energy. I have yet to see a significant improvement in sleep but I definitely wake up feeling less groggy (when I get enough sleep). I do need to mention it can be a bit hard to dose it right as it’s a very sticky/gooey substance and can get a little messy but you get used to it. It also doesn’t taste as bad as it looks (wierdly nice). Oh yeah and libido has definitely increased and the partner loves it…

The second order I received the ALPHA Capsules instead of the latest gummies which I was not to sure about. I will try them but I prefer the Gummies.

Great supplements! Had seen great reviews and funny adds so thought i'd try them and been blown away! Performed 9 PB on my lifts on this week alone! (been on them a month or so!)
i was doubtful in purchasing these tablets as thought is this going to be another gimmick that i have already tried
but i thought i would give these ago and yes they do work i take 2 tablets in the afternoon as usually by the evening i start to snack on rubbish, but these tablets have stopped me from doing so i no longer feel like i need to snack in the evenings anymore

These drops have changed my eating habits. I was terrible for snacking throughout the day, not good snacks either I might add. I felt like I spent 90% of my time thinking about food. I have found I’m not snacking nearly as much as I’m not feeling overly hungry. My portion intake at meal times has decreased and I’m definitely feeling fuller for longer. My aim was to loose a little weight after becoming not as mobile after a foot and ankle injury which resulted in me not being able to do my usual 5k daily walk. I’m pleased to say in 2 weeks I’m 3lb lighter which I am very happy with. Will definitely be reordering.

I must admit I was skeptical at first about the ozem capsules as I've tried many products that claim to curb cravings and not seen the results but within a couple of days of taking these I noticed the cravings and food noise had dramatically reduced.
I no longer had the urge for something sweet to nibble on and ive got a terrible sweet tooth .
I was at a platue with my weight loss and these have helped kick start it again.

Obviously they aren't a magic wand you need to use them as a tool alongside diet and exercise but if you are like myself and find it hard to resist a cheeky biscuit or choccy bar which can end up sabotaging good intentions to be healthy then I highly recommend these ozem capsules
I am not able to exercise or visit the gym in the summer holidays due to childcare issues. Too tired to exercise at home he doesn't go to sleep till late. So I was looking for something that would stop the food noise and allow me to loose weight in a calorie deficit . These are brilliant, working really well for me I can feel the weight coming off been taking them for a couple of weeks, my . I ordered another month's supply and can't wait to get back to the gym in September to see how they will enhance my training.
