    Wake up the right way!

    I used to start my day with a glass of water and lemon juice until I tried this. Replenish makes you feel more awake first thing in the morning, and helps with quicker rehydration after a cardio or work out session. Tastes great as per all JC products, so ideal for downing after a long run, or sipping during weight sessions. High on my priority list of daily supplements!

    I used to have a glass of water first thing in the morning and feel I was hydrating. Replenish gives you a completely different feel though. Your body will start to come alive. Tastes great too. I've tried all flavours but the Tropical Smoothie is my fave. I take one serving first thing in the morning to start me up, also after a good cardio session to refuel, and also sip it through my more intense weight routines.
